· A Flag Board at the property.
· Escorted viewings, if required.
· Negotiation services until agreement and completion.
Where an Energy Performance Certificate is required, we can arrange one for only £60!
Our fee is payable only upon completion. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to pay!
Because of the competitive nature of this fantastic offer, it is only available where we operate as Sole Agents and Sole Sellers.
There is a withdrawal fee of £150.00 if the property is removed from Sale without completion.
