The TPO scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service since 1990.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland is a government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme operated by TDS, the UK's leading provider of deposit protection and resolution services.
There is a legal requirement for landlords and letting agents to protect deposits paid on or after 1 April 2013. We provide both custodial tenancy deposit protection with free, impartial dispute resolution for when disagreements arise over how the money is divided.

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) was formed in 1981 as the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK. It was recognised that the requirements of the residential lettings market were so detailed and specific that a separate organisation was required to promote standards in this important and growing sector of the property market. ARLA members are governed by the Code of Practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands. It is a part of Propertymark.
Client Money Protection is a scheme that reimburses landlords and tenants should a letting agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds. It is a legal requirement for letting agents in England, Scotland and Wales.
Client Money Protection (CMP) is required for all Propertymark-regulated companies that handle client money or use a third party to manage client money on their behalf.
We are registered with the ICO as a Data Controller as follow their guidance and rules as it pertains to the holding of personal and private data.
