We shall be closed for the July Summer Holidays from Monday, 13 July 2020 to Tuesday, 21 July 2020 (inclusive). We will be contactable via a telephone answering service and e-mail for emergency repairs and problems only during that time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Any transactions normally expected during that time may be delayed.

Our office has been open to accept in-person payments from tenants since the 6th June, and we have been open to the general public since 16th June, with social distancing and covid-19 precautions observed.

 

When we come back to work after the holidays on Wednesday, 22 July 2020, we shall continue to be open during normal business hours (0930 to 1700, closed 1300 to 1400 for Lunch) to the general public. Other than the now ubiquitous safety procedures deployed virtually everywhere, we expect to be open and operating as normal for the foreseeable future. If you do come to our office, please follow all guidance on display and from our staff.
